* TXBIT REPERCUSSIONS / POTENTIAL CLASS ACTION * After the sudden and unexepcted shutdown of txbit.io we tried our best to help effected txbit traders to ensure they can withdraw their funds from there. Unfortunately is most of the process not in our hands, txbit has been an independent exchange and we only limited influence. It came to our attention that there are multiple victims, who could not withdraw their DNX balances, also the promised transfer of balance and contract of WDNX never happened despite our effort to get in touch with them. At this point we can conclude that a take-over of WDNX will not be possible. We as Dynex devs will not and cannot engage in any legal action against txbit. But we decided to help our community to streamline their efforts and join forces. Anyone who has experienced financial loss in connection with the txbit shutdown can PM us on Discord, and we will invite you to a dedicated channel for victims so they can coordinate their recovery options. It is always sad to see such behavior, which unfortunately happens too often in crypto. @everyone
